The New Flat Rate works with OPTIMUS by making it easier for your technicians to offer and manage financing options for your customers on the go. In a world of instant gratification, it’s a game changer when you can instantaneously provide the fix that helps your customer get their home fixed.

 

Here’s how it works:

 

 

  • Techs presenting options: After the integration, your technicians can show customers a menu with financing options and monthly payments directly on the TNFR mobile app.

 

  • Customer applications: Customers can apply for financing right from the app.

 

  • Approval status: Your technicians can see whether the customer’s loan application was approved or denied in the TNFR invoice.

 

  • Additional financing opportunities: If a customer is approved for more money than the cost of the service, your technicians can discuss with them about addressing other issues or upgrading their service choice. 

 

How to Set up the New Flat Rate and Optimus Integration

 

Connect Optimus in your TNFR dashboard

 

Start by logging into your dashboard at TNFRApp.com and navigate to “Integrations” on your left:

 

  • Integrations: This is where you will find “OPTIMUS”. Click the “learn more” button under it.

 

  • Manage tab: Go to the Manage tab when ready and enable the integration. From there, provide your OPTIMUS link, which you can find in your OPTIMUS dashboard.

 

  • Financing terms: Use longer terms for your top three options and shorter terms for the bottom two.

 

  • The New Flat Rate app: Make sure your techs go into their TNFR mobile app and tap the refresh icon so they can start offering financing options to your customers!
