He joined the HVAC industry at twelve years old by joining his father on service calls. He learned the business and his work ethic from his dad. By 13, Steve had obtained his master’s license. He continued working for his father through high school. He went on to earn his education degree. After moving to Maryland and marrying his high school sweetheart, Michele, they opened their own company. Steve now holds more than 32 licenses and serves on the Board of Directors of The News Magazine. He also speaks fluent HVAC and is knowledgable to 250 tons. Steve has served as the president of his local BNI chapter for six years, and that group is now generating more than 12 million dollars a year in referrals to its members.Â
