Boundaries in Leadership

October 4, 2022 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Boundaries create clarity in our lives by defining the following four things:

  1. Identity. Who we are, who we are not.
  2. Responsibility. What our responsibilities are and are not.
  3. Ownership. What we own and don’t own.
  4. Will. What we are willing to do and not do.

In this enlightening talk, we’ll peer into the concept of responsibility as it relates to vision and creating our future. How do boundaries clarify what will and will not be? We live in a voice-activated world and are responsible for what we think and say.

Let’s learn to effectively bear the mantle of that responsibility.
