Decrease in calls?

 

Have you noticed that service is slowing down? Over the past few weeks, many of our members have reached out for a solution to the decline in incoming calls.

 

To tackle this challenge, I would like to suggest several strategies we can focus on together during this period to reverse the current trend:

 

Focus on Customer Relationships:

This is a great time to reconnect with past customers. A quick follow-up email or an email to check in and remind them of your excellent services can generate new business.

 

Upskilling and Training:

Let’s use this time to sharpen skill sets. Arrange training sessions that will help your team improve key areas and strengths. Diagnosis practice is always a great choice! This will allow your team to be better prepared when business picks up again!

 

Explore New Opportunities:

I encourage everyone to think creatively about new services or markets you could tap into. If you have ideas or suggestions, please share them with me, too!!

 

Marketing and Outreach:

Your involvement is crucial here – whether you and your team spreading the work on social media or reaching out to local businesses for potential partnerships. One of my favorites is to join a local BNI group!

 

Process Improvements:

This slower period is also ideal for reviewing and refining your internal processes. I suggest reaching out to each team member for one or two suggestions on where they see potential improvement. Then, work on them together!

 

Slowdown can be stressful, but by staying proactive, we will come out of this as an even stronger industry. Let’s stay positive and focused. Together, we can turn this around.
