Meet Amy, the daughter of two Vietnam veterans. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, she grew up in the inner city. After graduating from high school, she became a manager with Roy Rogers, where she developed her customer service skills before becoming a manager at an emergency animal hospital. All while going to college, where she would eventually graduate with a degree in nursing. She spent some time in addiction medicine before eventually taking all the customer service skills she learned there and bringing them over to a small heating and air conditioning company. In a very short time, she became part owner of a heating and air conditioning company. It wasn’t long before The New Flat Rate hired her as their CSR trainer.

Amy is a genuine Superhero. In her civilian life, she is the general manager for an HVAC / plumbing company in two states, a nurse, the Deputy Executive Director for Soup For The Soul (A food pantry in Baltimore City serving the needy and the homeless), a head cheerleading coach, a public speaker, the co-author of Dispatching for Dollars, a devoted wife, the head coach of a dispatch center for other service companies, and the mother of 8 children (5 of whom are adopted). Now, she is willing to share the secrets of her success with you.
