The New Flat Rate

Run It On Your Own Trucks For Thirty Days

Pick the level you want to try. We build your price book from your numbers, get one of your technicians using it on real calls, and on day thirty we show you what it did. No card. No minimum. One truck is enough.

Step 1

Choose your level

Every level runs the same app and the same pricing system. What changes is how much of our team you get — training seats, field support, coaching. Try any of them free, and move up or down before you ever pay.

What should we do?

Same question your technician asks. Pick a level — you're not committing to it.

The New Flat Rate options screen as a customer sees it, showing four priced choices with the contractor's logo
This is the screen your customer sees. Your pricing, your logo, options they choose from. Your technician stops being the person who quotes a number and becomes the person holding the menu. Most customers decide in fifteen to twenty seconds.
Step 2

What happens next

Three things before we meet, in this order. Book first, so there's a date on the calendar. Then your numbers, so we can build your price book. Then the videos, so you walk into the call already knowing what you're looking at.

First

Book your onboarding call

Pick a time that suits you. Thirty minutes, screen share, with the person who stays with you for the whole thirty days.

Second

Give us your numbers

Four figures off your own books, and your logo. That's everything we need — your price book is built and done for you within hours.

Before your call

Watch the four videos

Ten minutes, total. What menu pricing is, how a technician presents with it, and why customers choose the way they do.

Don't skip these. Contractors who walk into the call having watched them start presenting jobs in days. The ones who don't spend the whole call on the basics and lose a week.
On the call

Your price book is waiting

Your trade, your market, your rates, your logo on the screen. Not a demo of somebody else's pricing — a working session on yours.

Step 3

Your numbers

Four figures, your trade and your logo. This is the whole form. Worth getting roughly right rather than perfectly right — we tune it together on the call.

Step 4

After the thirty days

Nothing automatic. Nothing charged. On the last day we sit down with what actually happened on your jobs, and you decide.

Straight about it, before you start

  • The trial costs nothing and ends on its own. No card, so there's nothing to cancel.
  • No minimum — during the trial or after. One person on one truck is a perfectly good place to start, and a perfectly good place to stay. You'll never be told you have to add seats you don't need.
  • If you keep going, you pay per user, per month at the level you chose. Move up, move down, add people — whenever it suits you.
  • Continuing is a twelve-month membership. Your rep will go through the real numbers with you on Results Day — against what you actually earned, not a brochure.
  • The price book build stays waived for anyone who came through the trial.

“A couple days in and it works exactly like they said it would.”
